Hard to say: Depending on the type of chemo, he could be infertile for some period. If not totally infertile, the sperm affected by the chemo would likely be weak swimmers,allowing the unaffected sperm through to do the deed.It would be a good idea to have a discussion with the docs involved before you start trying to clear up the issue.
