Possibly: The expiration date reflects more the assured strenght of the medication than any toxic change in its action. Short term use until you resupply is probably fine.

Do not give: No you cannot.  Please do not do it as the nebulizer solution meant for the nebulizer not for oral intake.

Yes: You probably have smoke-damaged lungs. Albuterol works well for asthma, but atrovent may be better for the copd. Inhaled steroids like dulera, symbicort, (budesonide and formoterol) and advair are good maintenance inhalers for asthma/copd. Of course, if your lungs are in this shape at 36yo, you have to quit smoking! you don't want to continue to throw gasoline on your fire!

can you mix sodium chloride bullet with 2.5 mg/3ml 0.083% albuterol solution to help moisten lungs & thin out sticky mucous in lungs & cough it out?

Possibly: If your doctor has prescribed albuterol via inhaler, you can put saline (sodium chloride in water) into the nebulizer. It may be better to use the albuterol undiluted first, then continue the nebulizer treatment with just the saline.

U can use nebulizer: U can use nebulizer on ur 2 month old child. Have u seen a pediatrician about her problems? U need to find a cause if possible. Are u breast feeding or is she taking a formula? If formula, changing the formula to a soy formula may reveal cows milk allergy. If she is wheezing with whistling sounds then the albuterol will help. Because of her age u shd take these actions with guidance of her doctor

Yes: The simple answer is yes. Stopping smoking will be very helpful as well.

14 year old male with sometimes chronic cough has been prescribed antibiotics plus 2 inhalers like albuterol and flovent 110 mcg. are 2 inhalers too much? symptoms of pre bronchitis, any alternative solution?since inhalers got steroids is it harmful?

: He may have an asthma equivalent condition manifested by recurrent dry,hacking cough without the wheezing component. If so those inhalers are appropriate. Do you have pets in the house or dust collecting objects in his bedroom? You may have to eliminate these. For accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment however, I recommend consulting a pulmonologist for evaluation and testing.

Saline: You can add some normal saline infant nose drops with a bulb syringe to clear her nostrils. I am glad to hear the cough and lower respiratory issues are decreasing, she is on the road to recovery. Also, give her extra fluids, pedialyte.
