Impossible: You cannot in any way change the shape, width, girth, or any other measurement of your bones.  They will grow according to a lifetime of nutrition, exercise, and genetics.

See endocrinologist: Possible causes of delayed puberty at age 18 should be investgated by dr with experience in such a problem. Testosterone is used if the subject produces insufficient or no testosterone themeslves. Taking testosterone will not increase testicular size, on the contrary it will suppress testoeterone production by your own testes. Please try & see an endocrinologist. Good luck.

SOB, asymetric chest: Either a collapsed lung( with unilateral atelectasis due to a central obstructing lesion)

or 

a pneumothorax(possibly under "tension")

or 

a unilateral pleural effusion

or a diaphragmatic hernia (with viscera up in the chest).

Considerations: You describe a likely explanation for your breathing problems associated with your medications and history, but there may be additional issues that remain to be solved, and i cannot say you do not have tos associated with hand tingling, but again, other problems may be more likely, such as hyperventilation causing the tingling.  Your doctor should readily be able to sort all of this out.

I know that it must be very painful to be physically different in your development, but there are role models you can find. If not in real life right now, certainly in history and in fiction. Need more info.: Structures in that area are spleen, kidney, diaphragm, and intestines. True muscle spasm that comes on after exercise is most likely diaphragm and will resolve with conditioning. Other causes need to be evaluated by your doctor.

Seek attention : If the pain has been present for a long time and is getting worse it would need to be evaluated.  If the pain is minor and does not interfere with any other activities it can be monitored for the next few days.  If not better consider evaluation.

Varies: There are a number of possibilities, I would not hesitate to be seen.  Potential causes can include pain at the rib bone/ cartilage junction (costochondritis),  a thoracic radiculopathy, pleurisy, or from an organ just under the rib such as the liver, lung, gall bladder, stomach, etc.  don't hesitate to be seen.
