Need followup: Renal cysts are common. The majority are benign. Cysts can also be assoicated with malignancies and some malignancies  have cystic areas. A solid exophytic mass may be more worrisome.
YOu need a further workup and you may need a biopsy or surrgical resection to know for sure. Discuss imaging and surgical options with your doctors.

Not serious: The kidney cyst is a round pouch of smooth, thin-walled tissue  usually filled with fluid. Simple cysts are the most common type.  They are not the same thing as polycystic kidney disease, which is  progressive and  can lead to kidney failure  The size of these cysts may also increase with age. They  usually do not cause symptoms. If  found during an ultrasound or CAT scan they are frequently watched. If necessary they can be aspirated and  the space filled with a solution that contains alcohol

It means that : The cyst is not empty and has complex material inside it. Kidney cancer has to be excluded by a ct scan with IV dye in cases of complex cyst.

As long: as it is a simple cyst, it shouldn't cause any problems or require any treatment.  In rare cases, benign cysts grow very large and can cause symptoms simply due to their size, but that is unusual. Kidney cysts are very common.  ""Exophytic" simply means it is protruding from the nromal margin of the kidney, it doesn't imply that there is anything worrisome.

Explanation.: Lobular kidney and even  kidney stones could be the accidental findings on radiological exam and benign condition. Kidney related pain usually radiated to flank, more rare on back. Please check with your doctor.

Depends: What type of MRI was acquired and discovered this finding?  This could be a frequently seen incidental cyst seen on a lumbar spine MRI or a mass as part of a renal lesion evaluation study MRI.  Feel free to schedule a consult to review your exact imaging and this finding.

Kidney OK but spleen: The kidney is OK but the spleen needs  clarification. Why is it enlarged. Ask your physician.  We need more data.
