fell&hurt my wrists7 mths ago.have been doing pt.a wk ago,a small shelf hurt/scratched the back of my right hand.can i still dopt exercises(wrist extensor stretch,wrist flexor strtch,stress ball squeeze,tyler twist,wrist curls,wrist extension curls)?

Yes: A small/superficial injury to the skin of your hand should heal without any issue, even with your wrist exercises.  It sounds like the injury is not over a joint so you should be fine.  Just keep the wound clean (frequent hand washing and keep it covered until it heals or a scab forms) to prevent infection.

Knuckle cracking: Although knuckle-cracking has never been shown to cause arthritis, it is possible to strain ligaments when you pull on the fingers so hard.  The cracking sound is from an air bubble that pops.  It is a sign that you pulled too hard.  Excessive hand exercises may just aggravate the soreness.  Leaving your hands alone except for normal activities will eventually reduce pain.

Thin wrists: Exercises that involve wrist flexion and extension with gradually increasing weight in the hand should increase wrist and forearm girth. However, such exercises may also bring on symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome—wrist pain, numbness & tingling in thumb, index, & middle fingers, weakened grasp (dropping things). So be careful.

Multiple: A good hand therapist or trainer will have a great home program.
However..Silly putty/thera putty round into a ball then squeeze then round. Take a dowel with a weight hanging from rope..Then twist dowel both directions to bring weight to dowel. Tuck elbow into side while holding a hammer in your hand then turn palm up and down...Just a couple to get you going.

Variant of normal: Small children have small wrists, but if they appear frail it is possible that the maturation is delayed. This can be determined by an x-ray of the wrist to assess the age of the wrist bones relative to your age. If there is a significant delay, a referral to a pediatric endocrinologist is appropriate. The frailness can also mean that the long bones need to be x-rayed.

YES!: Doing wrist exercises specifically to address wrist strength can put a lot of strain on the wrist and actually strain the muscles and tendons of the wrist. There are good reasons to do wrist stretches but few reasons to do wrist exercises as most upper extremity exercises include the wrist.
