It could:  There is a narrowing of your neck canal which is the stenosis. If the narrowing gets worse yes it could cause a myelopathy. This is something you fallow along with your physician, to identify this and then treated as you may need.

: Myelopathy means abnormality of the spinal cord.  Both cervical stenosis and spondylosis can injure the spinal cord if they progress without intervention.  If these latter two are present at the time of a neck injury, this increases the likelihood of spinal cord injury.

Less likely related: C 3 C4 C5 keeps the diaphragm alive so it could contribute to beathing difficulties. Slurred speech may have a different cause. Please follow up with your doctor or to the Emergency Room if this is a new complaint of slurred speech.

Yes: These are classic symptoms of cervical cord compromise.  They are some of the earliest symptoms.

Further evaluation: If you have a diagnosis of myelopathy, please consult your health care provider about a therapeutic plan, which could include not only surgical intervention but also other aspects such as physical therapy and other activities such as yoga and pilates which may be helpful to you.

Not Necessarily: Cervical stenosis, or narrowing of the canal that the spinal cord passes through in the neck, causes many different symptoms and if left untreated can lead to paralysis in some cases.  It is treatable with surgery, however.  The key is to obtain treatment before the stenosis is severe enough to damage the spinal cord.  I would discuss your concerns with a neurosurgeon.
