Depends...: If you are starting to get back in shape, don't push it too  much you haven't worked out in a while.  Consider walking and swimming.  

If you've been pretty active, flexible and fit, you may want to look at something challenging like hiit (high interval intensity training) routines.

Be creative: The typical gym exercise can be restrictive to the busy person. Try parking far away from places. Try to use the staircase instead of the elevator. Think of creative ways to expend energy and use the calories you ate for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Look to see how : Tight your hip and leg muscles are and try yoga to increase flexibility and try pelvic tilts with core strenghening  with more focus on your pelvis with this specific  exercise:  contract your buttocks together as if you were grabbing on to  and holding a $100 bill between them &  preventing someone from tugging it away from you.  Do this multiple times through the day and it will improve lordosis.

Not normal: Well, it should not feel like you have fluid in your lungs, but because you may be "out of shape" and just started exercising, you may be getting short of breath from the physical strain you are putting on a body that has not been used to it.  See the Dr. for a good exam and get a monitored program to do that will help you improve your health.  HR may go up with short bouts of exercise.

Your doc: Or a natural doc can test your hormone levels and rule out circulatory issues.  Also, a clinical psychologist can teach you skills to keep from focusing on your "performance" which interferes also.  Peace and good health.  A urologist or neurologist can help determine if nerve damage was done and how to fix it.

Training partner.: If you don't have any medical condition that restricts you from exercise.  Start aexercise program combination of cardio and weightlifting. Enroll a family member or friend as a training partner .If you can afford  hire a personal trainer. Always start with moderate intensity  program like walking , swimming  and lifting lighter weights.
Use the machines instead of free weights to avoid injury.

Unlikely: Although exercises cannot correct schumann's kyphosis they can help you accommodate for it an appear to have a more natural curvature.  Surgery can be done but the risks for such a cosmetic surgery are high so i generally do not recommend unless medical issues are developing such as pulmonary problems.

I presume: That ee stands for eosinophlilic esophagitis. Asthma is often associated with this. I had one case of ee (if that is what the initials mean) who had severe vitamin b1 deficiency caused by a lifetime of sugar craving. I suggest that you stop all forms of sugar and sweeteners.

Be active: After your OB has cleared you for normal activities, you can enjoy any form of excercise. Aerobic, strength training, yoga.
It is important to have a healthy diet, avoid junk foods, drink plenty of water.
