Varies!: They can last 15 minutes to one hour! you can prophylaticly take Naproxen before you exercise, and diminish there likelyhood of occurring!

Unusual: Normally for biliary dyskinesia the ejection fraction should be less than 35%. The fact that the injection of cck reproduced your pain is interesting. A lot depends on how severe the pain is and working with your doctor surgeon to assess the best solution.

Hydration,blood flow: Check your level of hydration first. Easy way to get indicator is to see color of urine, as well as frequency. If clear to light colored, then you are pretty well hydrated. Also can get ultrasound check of vessels to evaluate blockages of vessels, esp. carotid artery. And, you can track your fluid intake for a week and see where you are. Most are at least slightly dehydrated. Good Luck.

Red flag: Exercise induced headache is to be further investigated. Would suggest starting with your PCP or neurology. Proper hydration and nutrition prior and during exercise is critical in order to prevent dehydration or hypoglycemia.

Need more info: Even if this was a vascular headache (having to do with blood flow to the brain) related to exercise, it would be very unusual for it to last several days.  You need to see your doctor for a complete history and physical exam in order to determine if any testing (brain imaging) is warranted.  There is not enough info, &amp; without a complete evaluation, any more advice would be based on speculation.

Agree w' Dr Fowler: Start with small amounts of exercise preferably that do not stres your body too much. Walking Is good. Swimming is one of the best. Gradually increase the time spent exercising. Also start eating healthier and smaller servings to help you lose weight.

Depends: If this is an issue that happens quite regularly, i would advise seeing a dr.  There is also "headache induced exercise, " which could actually make things worse.  See a dr. Before experimenting too much.  Not all otc meds contribute to headaches, but the best treatment would normally be no meds.
