Every time i exercise i get a headache. i'm 5'5 or 5'6, 208lbs. i'm getting very depressed about it cus i can't exercise without getting a headache.

Agree w' Dr Fowler: Start with small amounts of exercise preferably that do not stres your body too much. Walking Is good. Swimming is one of the best. Gradually increase the time spent exercising. Also start eating healthier and smaller servings to help you lose weight.

Migraine?: Exercise can trigger migraine headaches, unfortunately. Talk to your doctor about medication to take daily to prevent migraines. Also, there is evidence that losing weight can improve migraines to some extent. So don't give up!!!
