Reduce yes, lift no: When you lose weight you do not have control over what parts of your body lose over others.  A healthy and diet exercise program will cause weight loss throughout your body.  If your breasts shrink too much, talk to a plastic surgeon about your options for breast enhancement.

It's independant: A lipoma is a tumor, usually not cancer. It has no relationship to weight or diet. It grows independently of your food intake or exercise level. The only thing to do is ignore them or have them removed. The bigger they are, the greater the chance of malignancy. 5 cm or larger is malignant until proven otherwise.

Yes, to a large exte: This is the best solution but you must exercise daily and continue it for the long term and eat less.

No, You can exercise: A heart rate less than 100 is normal. If you're not in shape, and want to get there, do the exercise. It might help the rate go down when you're at rest.

Good ideas: Regular exercise that's appropriate to your overall physical condition is good for anyone and might help prevent anxiety/panic from developing. Once there, it can help too but might need help from psychotherapy if the gym scares you. Weight loss (in folk who are above BMI 25) is also good and again may be easier if you 1st deal w/ issues and learn skills in therapy. Nice ideas! Good thinking! Best

what do partial erections mean? i can get it halfway or 3/4 of the way there and it never flows to 100 percent despite countless supplements, food exercise and weight loss. what is the likely cause? beyond frustrated/desperate. 31 year old male?

: Stop the supplements. You need to see a Urologist for exam and testing . Once cause is found and treated you will be OK
