Have checkup: While the bleeding can be obviously  be attention getting and a nuisance, it is not necessarily a major problem.  That being said, it would be best to follow up with whichever physician has been providing your OB/GYN care....you do want to make sure  the problem is resolved as soon as possible.

Listen to your body: You have had a stressful event. Excess exercise could increase bleeding. Movement is healing mentally and physically. Try pretend jump roping without jumping to improve circulation to brain and body. Walking, swimming in the air, bicylcing, dancing , tai chi, any fun movement would be most helpful.

Concerted effort: Effort under guidance is the best. I strongly recommend bariatric surgery; through a program though!. Teamwork including dietician, exercise therapist, sleep specialist, psychologist etc are generally needed for the success. The oft heard success stories on various diet commercials or exercise ones are less likely to be successful en masse, most likely to help is your motivation, diet &exercise.

Exercise OK.: I do not believe routine exercise is going to lower your chance a successful pregnancy.

High ptt: There are many causes of miscarriage. A high ptt is something that should be investigated among other things for general health, not only miscarriage. The reasons for high PTT can be autoimmune disease, liver disease, including hepatitis or other liver infection or infestation. This is something that should be looked at by your doctor or a hematologist.

Smoking "Juul" ?'s: Smoking anything, including "Juul or E-cigarettes" can contribute to a potential miscarriage. There are many added components to E-cigarettes which are toxic and can affect pregnancy and life itself adversely.

Several issues: Was she truly pregnant?
Did she have then an unusual or heavy period or pass some tissue.
More cramping with the passage.
Is she for sure not pregnant now?
Clarity would come from OB exam and perhaps ultrasound.
Miscarriage is not uncommon and can be variable by timing and symptoms.

See your doctor: You need to speak to your Ob/Gyn doctor. There are many reasons you could be miscarrying. Some are treatable some aren't. But you would need a physical exam and testing by your doctor.
