Listen to your body: You have had a stressful event. Excess exercise could increase bleeding. Movement is healing mentally and physically. Try pretend jump roping without jumping to improve circulation to brain and body. Walking, swimming in the air, bicylcing, dancing , tai chi, any fun movement would be most helpful.
