Yes, but dangerous..: This technique can slightly whiten your teeth, but my concern is that use of high concentration hydrogen peroxide regularly around your mouth as a rinse can inadvertently kill off good bacteria.  This can lead to fungal infections that could require treatment... Talk to your dentist about safer, simple alternatives to whiten your teeth...

Brushing: It's impossible to brush away all the bacteria. The environment is perfect for them to grow and they reproduce very quickly so it's a constant battle. Just like we can't kill all the flies in the world.

I do both!: I agree with you! I like to brush my teeth first thing in the morning to get that "morning mouth" taste and feeling gone quickly. But you should brush and rinse after meals so that food particles don't remain on your teeth and gums to create plaque and tartar that builds up and leads to possible cavities.

You get some: The fluoride ions will attach themselves to the tooth during 2 minutes of brushing and are not easily rinsed away, so you do derive a benefit. If you do not rinse you may get more but be assured even with a rinse the fluoride is helpful.

Pain Constantly: It sounds to me like you should see a dentist as soon as possible. Bleeding gums and constant pain are not a good sign. I would suggest some Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) for temporary relief, however, the pain and bleeding gums could be something more serious. Imagine if your hands were bleeding when you washed them. You would see a doctor right away. It is the same thing when your gums bleed.
