Lack of motion : usually motion will help circulation and with cp the motion is limited and the you get more pooling of blood and they will effect the size and color of the area. I recommend that you see a foot doctor for possible compression sock after arterial Doppler that's is within normal limit

Not directly. Tho --: The nerve injury can affect the whole leg resulting in weakness, inability to stand on it. Such situation can cause a fall or injury with pain/swelling of joints of the foot/ankle/knee. Torn acl is not particularly associated with nerve injury.

Can, with an acute -: Acl tear, one might get bleeding into the knee joint, ; if associated tear of the collateral ligaments also occurs, then pain/swelling in the calf, which might gravitate tot he ankle area.
Sciatic nerve, by itself does not cause this, unless a fall occurs, but that's unlikely to cause the acl tear.

Yes and no: Your use of the word "excessive" implies it is not normal, and so if your concerned about it I would let your surgeon know.  That being said, some degree of skin peeling is normal when skin is covered by a bandage or cast as the covering of the skin prevents the usual loss of the epidermis the usual and more gradual way.  The skin prep itself that was used during surgery can also contribute.

Unusual: Sounds like an unfortunately difficult situation. Growths on the skin can sometimes result from unusual cells that continue to proliferate more than they typically should even though they are not cancerous. Consider getting another opinion from a pediatric dermatologist.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your sore foot may or may not be related to high uric acid level.  It would be prudent to see your doctor.

Patients – don't pic: If you have truly had an infected blister on your foot, you will notice peeling of skin like a sunburn. The skin has multiple layers, and infection and inflammation cause peeling or sloughing of the skin. The deeper tissue will react with firmness of the tissue – a term called induration. This resolves back to normal during the healing process. Be patient, keep things clean, and don't pick at it!
