Physical therapy : Depending on the bone density scan, she may need treatment with calcium, vitamin D, a bisphosphonate like alendronate to stabilize her bone density. Physical therapy and daily exercise with weights are recommended. Discuss with your doctor. For pain, OTC Meds like alive and ibuprofen are helpful. She should also address any risk factors for falls as there is a greater risk of hip or back fracture.

Reversal of: normal lordosis  Minor lordosis may not cause symptoms. If significant back pain or radiculopathy develops see a spine doctor

Potentially: An increased lumbar lordosis causes increased stress on the pars interarticularis.  A pars defect is essentially a stress fracture that occurs in the pars interarticularis that goes on to a nonunion.  So they can absolutely be related.
