You need to be seen: for evaluation of gastrointestinal disorder, the most common is GERD, Gastro espophageal reflux disease, which can cause such symptoms, meanwhile try drinking lots of plain water during and after meals, use OTC antacid on regular basis till you see your doctor, good luck

Get eval: Tough to say, but most likely you have some "heart burn" or GI issues causing your heart/chest pain.  However it is always important to rule out cardiac causes, which on a rare occasion can occur as the blood increases to your stomach with eating/digestion, and can cause a decrease flow to your heart, thus causing some ischemic related pains. Heart Burn: Heart burn and other things that cause esophageal spasm are very common in pregnancy. But, they are not in any way a sign of early pregnancy.

Esophagitis: Burning in the center of your chest is "heartburn" = acid from the stomach coming up into the esophagus, which has no natural protection from stomach acid.  Prolonged acid exposure can cause inflammation, ulcers, damage, scarring, narrowing, or even cancer (but unlikely at age 28).  Do not ignore these symptoms, and see md soon!  good luck!

?GERD or gallbladder: Gallbladder "attacks" are usually related to gallstones that block the expulsion of bile from the gallbladder.  The pain is usually shortly after meals, worse with fatty foods, and lasts about an hour or so, right upper abdomen sometimes radiating to back.  GERD, or gastroesophageal reflux, is heartburn, worse after eating spicy foods, worse when lying down after big meals at night. Antacids help.

See your Dr: There are several conditions that could cause your symptoms, and I would recommend you see your Dr to get a thorough history and physical.  Instead of worrying about what it "could" be, go see a Dr and have your symptoms further evaluated, get a physical and possible lab work, and get treated!  The good news is that this is something that can be treated so that you don't suffer in pain!
