: After taking PEP, the blood test "window" starts with the last dose of drug and is about 4 weeks for RNA testing (viral load) and 6 weeks for the AgAb (4th generation, "combo") tests. However, some experts recommend AgAb testing as long as 3 months after the last dose. Your negative viral load test at 4 weeks probably is conclusive, but you also should have an AgAb test at 6 weeks.

i havnt been sleep that good lately and have been trouble sleeping at night, that why they put me on muscle relaxers. i got put on citlapram for panic attacks and clonazepram for anxiety and trazadone as needed for sleep.?

What is U question: Insomnia can have many causes, sleep hygiene is important for treating insomnia. It is ok to take sleeping medications if needed , but remember  to take them on as needed basis . If u take them daily u body can get used to it.  Remember  trazadone can cause orthostatic hypotension , so  if u wake up at night  before standing up sit  down a littlebit.

my sister has a hemoglobin level of 4.  she is on her 3rd bag of blood transfusion.  they can not find where the bleeding is coming from.  colonoscopy, endoscopy, chest x-ray and ekg were all ok.  what should be her next step?

An: Electrophysiology  Study ( if that's what you mean") involves cardiac catheterization of your heart and is usually quite safe since you are monitored and it is performed in a lab with proper personnel and a BOARD CERTIFIED CARDIOLOGIST doing the study itself!

Complications rare: Larger centers with experienced cardiologists who do a lot of these studies will have lower rates of complications, but in general, the overall rate of complications is listed at around 2%. Most are related to the catheterization process (damage to vessels, heart valves), or things like blood clots and arrhythmias. However, generally, this is a safe procedure in experienced hands.

: Make certain you are eating a high potassium diet if Dr says OK. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. “Eating” is not very helpful-any particular food, hot or cold food/drink/ what you eat/drink/smoke before they happen. Meds? Exercise time of day.  Keep a diary and show to Dr.
