In the urine": I'm going to assume that there was a bit of bilirubin in your urine, and that this is not a lab error. You're just getting over a nasty viral infection, and you may have had a  bit of liver involvement. Or one of the medications you've taken may be producing bile stasis. Or you may have a minor bilirubin metabolism problem, or any number of... Unless you're symptom-free, expect bloodwork confirm.

Antacids: Tums and rolaids are very good antacids try first

if symptoms not relieved take zantac (ranitidine) over the counter for 4 weeks--if no better see a stomach doctor for more evaluation

do not take Aspirin or alive, etc.

Need medical att: Go to a doctor. It sounds like an infection. Could be caused by a variety of things: e.g.  a simple bacterial or fungal  infection or a complicated condition like a patent Urachus.

Weight gain: There are a couple of ways that you could gain weight. One way would be by increasing your calories- still eating healthy foods, though (Don't start with a lot of junk food!). Another way would be by increasing your muscle mass- through exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat tissue, so you can increase your muscles by doing strength training- lifting weights, pushups, situps, etc.

Possibly: if she has just started her periods, they may be highly irregular for quite a while.  If she already had regular periods which suddenly became irregular, she should be evaluated by an OB/GYN to see what is going on.  A pregnancy test is in order, as well.

HIV: There are  no symptoms specific or diagnostic for HIV infection.  If you feel you may have acquired this you should go and get tested, and if positive see an infectious diseases expert or other doctor who deals in HIV therapy.  This is a treatable condition with medication and can be effectively controlled, hopefully until a full cure becomes available.
