However, if you are having discharge from the penis and/or painful urination, the main causes are STIs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Urinalysis is not a proper test to evaluate these possibilities:  you need careful professional examination and STI testing. Good luck.

Vaginal cells in it: Epithelial cells come from vagina and introitus and not from the urinary tract ; are a normal finding ; no cause for alarm. Squamous epithelial cells are a different matter ; could be from a squamous bladder growth. This would be uncommom in someone as young as you unless you born with bladder exstrophy.

Contamination: Epithelial cells are the cells that cover the skin.  Generally, a "clean catch" urine specimen will be free of epithelial cells, however if they are present, it means the specimen wasn't completely clean, and may have been contaminated by the skin surface.  This can sabotage a good urine culture, and you might need to repeat it. (unless the culture was negative anyway).

Try again: It is always important to cleanse properly prior to obtaining the urine sample.  Also, this type of result can be seen in the first void of the day.  To verify this was accurate you should repeat the test making sure to cleanse properly and give a second (or subsequent) void of the day.

Contamination : When there are more than 5 to 10 squamous epithelium cells per high-powered field that means a urine sample was contaminated with skin cells. Any type of culture of the urine will demonstrate the presence of skin bacteria.
