At Risk: Any person with a history of severe allergic reactions should not get the vaccine according to the CDC. If your tongue swelled up and you had to go to the ER, you had a severe allergic reaction and should not receive the vaccine. You will be at a much higher risk for an acute allergic reaction to the vaccine and may develop anaphylaxis.

Unfortunately, no: Epipens (epinephrine) can reverse life-threatening allergic reactions, not counter the pharmacological effects of drugs. Certain foods, stinging/biting insects, medications, and latex can set off allergic reactions -- including hives, itching, flushing, and swelling of the lips, tongue, and roof of mouth; throat & chest tightness, etc. Date rape drugs cause entirely different effects -- unless you're allergic.

All available : Your example, though, does not apply as Benadryl cannot replace epipen in anaphylaxis. Otherwise and without context a little supply of each class such as NSAID’s or anti allergy meds for example to laxatives and reflux meds may help.

Not directly: The result of an overdose of Humalog (insulin lispro) would be a low blood sugar; although Epinephrine would raise the blood sugar somewhat, the appropriate treatment would glucose (sugar) to avoid a dangerous fall in blood sugar while the effect of Insulin wears off.

Epipen (epinephrine): The Epipen (epinephrine) is used for serious life threatening allergic reactions. In a person afficted with one of those, it will save thier life. No harm.
In a person not afflicted with a life threatening allergic event, it will increase the bp, anxiety, pulse, sweatiness but otherwise should be uneventful unless there is a history of coronary heart disease.

Certain individuals with pre-existing heart disease may be more prone to a heart attack or irregular heart beat but this is unusual when used for the proper indication and is more likely to save your life.

Immediately: Use your Epipen at the first signs of a severe allergic reaction which can occur minutes to hours after exposure. Signs can include itching or swelling of the mouth and throat, hives, shortness of breath, coughing, or dizziness. If you are unsure you are having a reaction, it is generally better to use the Epipen. Call 911 or have someone get you to an emergency room after using your Epipen.
