Epigastric pain: Your physicians did right thing by ruling out the potential red flags that could be related to heart problems. If I were you, now I would see a GI doc to discuss and rule out common problems in your age-for example gastritis, IBS  etc.

Depending upon the underlying cause of your symptoms, they could represent an emergency.  You should go to an emergency medical facility immediately.

Gastric discomfort: It could be recurrent gas build up in the stomach which is not helped by omeprazole type medications. Try avoiding lactose  and start taking simethicone after meals to prevent gas buildup. If symptoms persist consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.

NO: Get an abdominal ultrasound and blood testing to rule out gallbladder and stomach disease. A physical exam is mandatory.

Your decision: All these symptoms you have may not be related to GB except abdominal symptoms. If have  frequent right side abdominal pains , possible it could be due to diseased  GB , first try non operative  medical treatment , if it fails only , then under go this relatively  simple , and low risk procedure . Surgery usually not done with out stones .Speak to your doctor

Are you eating a lot of wheat (including beer) in the late afternoon, dinner and evening? Try not eating any wheat and see if you are symptom-free. If not, try dairy the next day. If you have wheat or dairy sensitivity, you will need to stay away from it 90% of the time.

Change your diet: Blaoting is usually a sign of fat and or carbohydrate indigestion, meaning something you are eating often has too much of one type of nutrient that you are not digesting properly. I would sit down with a GI doc or registered dietician and make a food diary to see what imbalances exist in your usual diet, then start eliminating them to see if it reduces your symptoms....
