Usually benign: "pimples" on the epididymis , usually fluid filled, often come and go throughout your lifetime. Larger cysts are generally not painful; however can cause pressure on the testicle and may require removal or drainage.

Benign cysts: An epididymal cyst is fluid-filled sac which grows at the top end of the testicle  in the long, tightly coiled tube called epididymis. Cysts are benign (ie not caused by cancer). Usually in head of epididymis , may be one, bilateral, or multiple.  Larger ones can be removed by a surgeon, especially if painful. Epididymal cysts usually not associated with infertility.

: Those symptoms are called dysuria which are common with cystitis (bladder infection). You are taking cipro but resistance to cipro is quite common nowadays. You should recontact your urologist.
