If persistent,yes: Large palpable lymph nodes in the neck are not consistent with normal findings.  Depending on size, and presence of tenderness and if along the jugular chain, they should be carefully watched.  Any increase in number and further enlargement in size should cause suspicion of underlying pathology and require surgical excision of one node for bx rather than aspiration.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

Not now: A ln must get to be 2 cm (20 mm) to be considered enlarged. Based on your medication list you are being treated for infection. Ln "enlarge" as part of the healthy response to infection.  No concern here.

Varies: In most cases you would feel nothing. It is only when the nodes are significantly enlarged and cause pressure on other areas of the chest that symptoms occur. Symptoms could result in pressure, cough or pain.

Go to your doctor: Lymph nodes are the guardians of the body. They filter the lymph and swell in reaction to infection. But a lot of them being swollen at once could signal a significant health problem. Your doctor should perform a thorough exam to find out why. Good luck!

: In a non-obese person, enlarged armpit lymph nodes would be palpable. However, it is generally a do it yourself matter, as if the lymph nodes are enlarged, a cause needs to be ascertained and addressed.

No, but yes polyps!: There are lymph nodes associated with the nose, but not in a place where you can see them.  If you are seeing what look like lymph nodes in your nose, these are nasal polyps. You can sometimes see them if you look up your nostril. They are caused by chronic allergies and inflammation.

No: The risk of lymphatic cancer at that age is miniscule. Most are simple reactive lymph nodes that sift the body serum to remove debris. Vaccination. illnesses, throat infection, local bug bites or skin rashes often trigger transient enlargement. Occasionally a note becomes infected &amp; needs to be drained, but not commonly. Neck nodes ore often noticed since they are not buried in fat or tissue.
