No, but yes polyps!: There are lymph nodes associated with the nose, but not in a place where you can see them. If you are seeing what look like lymph nodes in your nose, these are nasal polyps. You can sometimes see them if you look up your nostril. They are caused by chronic allergies and inflammation.
