Member of guild. : Board certification in a specialty is much like a trade guild. Examinations are taken regularly, regular class work is required, and a certain ongoing level of competence is implied. Among other things, board-certification almost always requires specialized residency training that follows medical school. Sometimes additional fellowship training is required for medical or surgical specialities.

Schedulers are that: If literature from the hospital or radiology dept itself explicitly restricts eating for 6 hrs. Prior to a particular procedure then, that is both the best medical as well as legally binding advice that can be offered.  Nobody else you talk to has the authority or training to give out contrary advice without md clearing first.

There may be a benefit to vitamin e and c as antioxidants. There is also an obvious benefit to good sleep, so people who have sleep apnea new to have appropriate treatment with cpap.

Healthy lifestyle: You are most likely to reach your tallest potential height by following a healthy diet, getting appropriate sleep & and remaining physiclly active.Nothing you eat or drink will add inches & normal kids who get hormone injections just get to their final height quicker, it would not add to final height.You can stunt your growth by the opposite, poor diet/sleep/inactivity can all take a toll.

Nutrition & exercise: No readily available medications, much less dietary supplements, have been demonstrated to improve/enhance memory. Many studies suggest that good nutrition & regular exercise associated w/lower risk of dementia (memory loss). Also, anything that improves heart health appears to improve brain function. But no easy fix like popping a few pills to enhance memory. Sorry!

Most people, in my experience, feel that they have too much texture, i.e. Large skin pores, lumps & bumps, etc.  Smooth skin is usually considered desirable.  I can't remember any patients asking for more texture, so we need to know exactly what you're looking for.
