Depends: Men who are interested in transforming into women use estrogen to feminize their bodies which also results in breast development. However, the amount of breast development is variable & many of these patients also get breast augmentation. This treatment is not indicated in women because they have been exposed to estrogen since puberty & their breast tissue will not respond to additional estrogen.

Breast enhancement: There are hormonal pills which will increase the size of the breasts but these are unsafe in the long term as they can lead to breast cancer and there is a limit in how large the breast will grow. Why take the chance? All the so-called "herbal" pills do not work unless they are laced with female hormones. That is why none of them are fda approved. Do not gamble with your health, .
