Where in the cycle?: Where are you in your menstrual cycle, the middle or end? The endometrial length changes as it grows throughout the cycle and a value at the end of the cycle will not be normal at the beginning. The post C/S endometrial thickness is irrelevant, but the muscle(myometrium) thickness is important for future childbearing and method of delivery.

Large uterus: Your uterus is mild to moderately enlarged and probably has multiple fibroid tumors or myoma of the uterus.  If you are still menstruating, then the 1cm endometrial stripe is fine.  If you are menopausal then it is not normal and you should have a biopsy of the endometrium

Can be : normally we don't measure the endometrial stripe in young women in their 20's as it will vary depending on when you are in the menstrual cycle.  Discuss with your obgyn who knows your history if your sonogram was normal

Otherwise the interpretation is incomplete. This reports says there are 2 cyst in the right ovary and does not describe the appearance. Endometrial thickness varies depending on the day of the menstrual cycle.

? ovarian cyst: Your uterus sounds normal.  You don't say where the cystic lesion is, but most likely it's in the ovary.  If so, it needs evaluation, since it's not normal, and likely some type tumor.  If the cystic lesion is in the uterus, i'm not sure what to think.

: The measurements noted are essentially normal, but could be better interpreted if more information about regularity of your menses were included.  For example, the endometrial thickness is close to requiring a biopsy (0.83 cm), so if your period has been delayed, stimulation of endometrial growth may be the cause of the increased endometrial thickness.
