Yes: Indocin is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) like Motrin. It can help the pain and stiffness but does slow down joint damage. (disease progression) Asulfadine is a diseases modifying medication (DMARD). This class of drugs can help pain and stiffness and also help slow down disease progression. Other commonly used DMARDS include: methotrexate, Arava, (leflunomide) and plaquenil.

There are many endocrine disruptors (and some we don't know about yet most likely), some ingested, some which can be absorbed through the skin. There's a matter of chronic vs short term exposure. It will probably be many years before we know which endocrine disruptors hang around for long periods of time/forever.
