: It means that what was supposed to be an endometrial biopsy did not yield any  endometrial ( body of the Uterus) material. Only tissue from the cervix (mouth of the uterus). So if endometrial biopsy was needed it did not succeed in doing so.

Normal: This is a normal result.  In Pathology-speak, it means that there is no sign of cancer or other disease of the cervix.

Biopsy: Transvaginal ultrasound is not designed to detect endocervical cancer. An early lesion may not produce enough structural change to be picked up ultrasound. If there is any reason to suspect endocervical cancer, curettings, or biopsy of the canal should be tested by a pathologist.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: In view of the presence of chronic cervical inflammatory changes because of concern for premalignant potential, the issue is what's the best follow-up plan. Repeat Pap.smear in 6 months? I'd follow the recommendation of your gynecologist who must have a his/her own protocol for best care.

Remove it: If the IUD is in the cervical canal, it need to be removed and replaced. It's supposed to be in the uterus (hence intrauterine device) for it to be maximally effective.

: This means that your cervical biopsy showed a pre-invasive cancer. You will likely need followup such as a larger excision to make sure they go it all out. The first part was benign, which means that the  lesion did not extend to the  underlying endocervix that they sampled..
