Tingly Nose: Anything that irritates the nerve endings in the tip of the nose may make it tingle. One of the most common is hyperventilation, but allergies or any irritant may also make your nose tingle.

Not normal: Your symptoms are not normal after a septoplasty.  Facial pain and tingling numbness is an oxymoron.  Either you have pain or numbness.  But it is not normal to have these symptoms after a successful septoplasty.
See your surgeon to rule out further pathology in the left side of your nose.

PARESTHESIA EVAL: You need an exam labs and evaluation. A focused neurological exam and potential MRI of the cervical spine and brain. Labs to check B12 Folic Acid, Lyme titers, RPR and TFTS

Prob nerve pressure: It is hard to be specific without examination. You may need an MRI for a definitive diagnosis. The good news is that in most cases, involving disc narrowing causing nerve compression, non surgical treatment with physical therapy usually suffices.

i'm experiencing the feeling of tingling on my face... especially my nose. it's been going on for three weeks.  i can't stand it. what is it?

Both sides? rash?: Without seeing you it is impossible to say.  If it has been going on for 3 weeks and you can't stand it, time to see someone.  Meanwhile, stop using all products on your face, except maybe Cetaphil lotion, and look carefully at any medications you're taking to see if this is a side effect.  If rash, one sided, possibly shingles.

Multiple reasons: You might have a small pimple forming that is causing that sensation.   Make sure you are not plucking any nose hair.    This can lead to infection of the nasal cavity.  Always trim.    If your nose stars to swell and turn red, see you primary care provider
