I am getting some tingling on the left side of my head. behind the ears and sometimes near my temple. it feels like it spreads to the side of my neck and head but that has stopped. what is the cause?

Prob nerve pressure: It is hard to be specific without examination. You may need an MRI for a definitive diagnosis. The good news is that in most cases, involving disc narrowing causing nerve compression, non surgical treatment with physical therapy usually suffices.
