Get a consult: It's more critical, if you feel okay, that the white cells not contain any abnormal forms. Your elevated liver enzymes, if still high after weeks off alcohol and whatever meds you don't really need to be taking, will get worked up to rule out various hepatitis and iron / copper overload syndromes. If your physician isn't explaining this as he/she goes, it's time to specialist referral.

It depends ...: If you have an infection (such as hepatitis) both could become increased.  Some other diseases, like mono, will increase both.  You should definitely discuss this with your doctor and find the cause.

Fever is usually: caused by infection, but it could be symptom of inflammatory disorders or rarely even malignancy.  If your tests were  completely normal, it is unlikely that it is a life-threatening condition.  If it persists, you should return to your doctor for more thorough evaluation.

Need more info: What is your BMI? Are you diabetic? Are you on any medications? If you are overweight, even if you are on the high side of normal, losing weight will help.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

However, you also need to rule out hepatitis C and Wilson's, and allergy to any meds you may be taking. I trust you do not drink. Your liver may simply be asking you for more exercise. Best wishes.

Many possibilities.: there are entire text books written on the causes of abnormal liver tests. It would be impossible to list all of them here. It is important if you have persistently abnormal liver tests to have an evaluation performed to determine the cause. Initially, your primary care doctor can start the process, but if no obvious answer is present, you should see a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
