Maybe Infection.: The elevation of neutrophils coukl mean  bacterial infection, as these cells are important in fighting this kind of infection.  The high hemohlobin seems nonspecific, in abscence of other symptoms and signs. Nothing on their own: Lab values mean nothing apart from a history and physical exam. That being said, what is most concerning is the likelihood that you are iron deficient. Even more concerning would be your feeling you have to ask us rather than your personal physician, who I hope will soon have a frank talk about your anemia and the need for a serious workup to find the cause. : You did not say if of African descent and tend to have low WBC.  But suggests anemia from something. Keep appointment.  Try using app Cronometer to see if you diet has plenty or iron.  Has stool been tested for blood? Should be.

Anemia: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you are anemic. if you are a woman take iron and multivitamins. If you are a male you ought to be evaluated for bleeding in the stomach.
