i hve a normal count of hemoglobin, rbc, wbc but my eosonophil & lymphocyte are elevated while my monocyte is low. what are d possible infections i hve?

How high?: You should ignore percentages of white cells returned on a cbc, pay attention only to absolute counts (they're of interest only if you're far from the reference range or abnormal cells are present), and look at the big picture with your physician. You'd be doing yourself a grave disservice by reading internet sites that discuss labs in isolation. If you feel well, i suspect nothing is wrong.

i have consistently low wbc, 3.5& elevated monocyte 12.8, eosinophil 9.1, basophil 2.3, neutrophil 1.5. doctor seems unconcerned & blames it on "allergies" though ive never been diagnosed with, nor have any allergies sx

Numbers are just...: Numbers are just numbers. Without details and the whole picture of the patient, numbers cannot tell much. That means a patient needs to review her lab results with her ordering doctor, presumably her primary care doctor who knows all about her medical and personal history. Issues to discuss include:  what is the definition of LOW, is it good or bad to be LOW in monocytes or does it even matter.

Hard to comment: Without the actual numbers. How low? The monocytes may be a relative increase and not absolute. Ie a high percentage of a lower number may be perfectly normal in total number.

Monocytes aren't...: Really high, just the percent of monocytes. It's like eating one potato chip: it's really salty because the percent of salt is high, but the total amount of salt you get from one chip is small. Hope this makes sense.

Low white blood cell: Low white blood cell counts can be caused by many factors such as congenital /hereditary, drug related, autoimmune disorder, viral infection, certain vitamin deficiency, bone marrow insuficiency, blood cancer etc. Your doctor will look into your  history carefully , examination, blood works to figure out why your white cell is low.  Good luck.

White blood cells : You're hematologist will take a good medical history and exam .  He will review your labs and may order new ones. From this he can make recommendations

Depends: It can be just a transient decrease after a viral infection. The blood test needs to be repeated to see if it is accurate or in response to an infection.

Not an issue: The rdw, mch and mchc are only helpful in evaluating patients with anemia.  ron would be unexpected to alter these numbers.
