Need more info: About 2-3% of otherwise normal people have elevated bilirubin, usually less than 5.0 mg/dL. Gilbert's disease is a usual cause and it despite disease in the name, it does not adversely affect a person's health. If you have any symptoms, it would be prudent to see your doctor. High liver enzymes: I assume you've been tested for all the types of viral hepatitis&amp;your abdominal ultrasound showed no liver or gall bladder abnormalities. Low platelets are evidence of autoimmune disorder. The high mean platelet volume(MPV) is common in thrombocytopenia&amp;the large platelets compensate for the lower platelet count&amp; protects against easy bleeding. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, Serum free light chain assay is an unreliable test for detecting plasma cell disease. Did you have a protein electrophoresis of serum and urine?
