can someone explain to me how come someone have an elevated aso titer if there is no g.a.s infection present?

Statistics: Titer defined as positive is a statistical value.  To reduce false negatives, a certain percentage of false positives will be found.  Additionally, the aso witnesses past exposure, not necessarily infection.

i have asymptomatic elevated aso titers (1600-2000) as well as anti-dnase b. i got these labs done as my 10 yo daughter was diagnosed with pandas (initially to see if i was a strep carrier).  i took different antibiotics, but levels remain high.

Not easy to answer: We do see people with elevator anybody’s without any medical problem. My concern here is who had strep first. This will suggest you’ve had a previous trip exposure. But I don’t know if you got it from her or she got it from you or 
you both got it from somebody else.

Another thing to consider is the elevated levels sometimessometimes are seen in people even without culturing strep

Not enough info.: Why was the test ordered in the first place? The ASO titer can be elevated in a number of inflammatory condition besides a Strep infection. Ask the doctor who ordered the test.

Anti-Streptolysin O: Not days. Maybe months. but it depends on what specific Group A Strep infection you have or had and for how long and also how your particular immune system functions.You "prevent" an elevated ASO titre by not getting infected or significantly colonized with Group A Strep(the kind that can cause a wicked sore throat or an acute kidney problem or rheumatic fever).It's just used as a gauge, not cure)

Hmmm....: Truly homeopathic "medications" are made by repeated dilutions, so that the ingredient is not really there anymore (just the "essence" of it remains). That means there is no active ingredient left to cause an response. However, that also implies that the homeopathic "medicine" should be pretty harmless, unless some other non-homeopathic ingredient (such as some other chemical) was added.

Need more info: Do you have any symptoms? Why were these tests done? How long as your ASO been 405? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, in isolation your test results are okay.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Depends on the lab: Different labs have different normal ranges.  This should be printed on the results report.

Positive ANA: Certainly suggestive of lupus.  You need to follow with your promsry care physician or a rheumatologist for further tests and treatment.

Strep throat: In order to determine a bacterial strain a direct culture is needed. A blood culture would only detect if bacteria were in the blood and not the throat.  Aso titters only measure antibody response to anti-streptolysin, and not to other possible pathogens you may be worried about.

Depends Upon the Lab: The standard numbers depend upon each testing lab. They base it on numbers studied in research trials of noninfected and infected (proven) patients.
