i had an elbow contusion two years ago. ever since, i've been having periodical pain flare ups in my elbow. now tingly in my pinky and forearm hurts.

Possible Ulnar Nerve: I would recommend seeing an orthopaedic surgeon.  You could have irritation of the ulnar nerve ("funny bone nerve") which can cause numbess or tingling in the small and ring finger.

my bruise doesn't hurt to the touch and i can move my elbow to some extent it locks but is extremely painful, what to do?

Locking elbow: If your elbow locks, there is a good chance you have something blocking motion in the joint.  This could be a fracture, or debris in the elbow. Have you had any x-rays yet?  Bruising will resolve, the locking may not.

See primary provider: Start with your primary provider. If it is a bruise (discoloration from bleeding), blood tests can determine if you have a bleeding problem or blood disease. If so, a hematologist may help.  If there is a rash or skin problem, a dermatologist may be able to help.

Bruising is normal: Bruising is normal after a fracture. If the pain continues to worsen the elbow  should be reevaluated by a physician.

Rhuematologist: You may have an autoimmune/Rheumatoid dz. I would highly recommend you get a through evaluation.

Bleeding.: Bruises result from bleeding under the skin.  This generally happens due to an unrecognized trauma since many bruises don't become apparent for a few days after the incident. Unless you have progressive bleeding or bruising with very minor trauma there is very little to be concerned about.

Find out the reason: It could be Bursitis or Tendonitis. That being said, you need to see your doctor for definitive diagnosis and treatment. Be well

i got bloodwork done 4 days ago and ever since ive had a blue bruise on my inner elbow where the blood was taken. is this normal?

Perfectly normal!: When blood is drawn, the vein is pierced by needle and so leaks blood, causing a bruise.   Sometimes the bruise is bigger than at other times, but it should go away in 7 days like any other bruise.  If you should notice increased pain, warmth or red streaks, then get checked  right away for a possible infection (though this is rare after a blood draw, if you keep the site clean and protected.

i.v placed on 3/10/13 bruise after taken out bruise gone?

Go see your doc: You may have a phebitis from the IV that they took out and may need oral antibiotics.  The doc needs to exam you.
