My bruise doesn't hurt to the touch and i can move my elbow to some extent it locks but is extremely painful, what to do?

Locking elbow: If your elbow locks, there is a good chance you have something blocking motion in the joint. This could be a fracture, or debris in the elbow. Have you had any x-rays yet? Bruising will resolve, the locking may not.
