Eggs are a very: nutritious food and are an excellent protein choice, especially if you have normal blood cholesterol levels. But it really is not a good idea to eat so much of any one specific food. The only way to get all the nutrients you need for good health is to eat a balanced variety of foods, especially vegetables/fruit/whole grains. My max would be 3/day. Make a veggie omelette!  Stay well:)

Less weight more fat: 7 eggs/day for how long? Excessive cholesterol in lieu of weight then die of hi cholesterol while the excess weight is not even lowered enough, is just not rational. Egg whites is a cheap + good source of protein, add beans which has fibers+proteins+good carb while lowering cholesterol + sugar then some hard fruits (apple-pears, no mango  too much calories) and good veggies + walk 1h 2/day.

Egg substitutes: Soy products come in a variety of forms—milk, soft/silken, firm, fermented, flavored, dried, fried, etc. It is high in protein, low in fat & calories; depending what coagulant is used, it can be high in calcium &/or magnesium.Edamame, young soy beans still in their pod are usually boiled, salt-boiled, or steamed, but can also be fried (pakistani photas). Protein, fiber, folate, (folic acid) micronutrients.

Suit yourself: If you are drinking raw egg white, popularized by the stallone movie, then you do need to be aware that you run a risk of getting salmonella, and you are also aware of the hazard of biotin deficiency if you do this at every meal. Raw offers no advantage over hard-boiled except personal taste. If you want protein, whey / soy powder is cheaper & a healthy high-protein diet probably best of all.

Watery stool: Food intolerance? Record what happens when you eat dairy , gluten or soy . May consider avoiding dairy x1 wk , then gluten x1 wk then soy x 1 week.  Try a probiotic  - one that has at least 3 different bacteria.   Check for stool culture( camphylobac), ova &amp;parasite, check thyroid, check gallbladder, check for h pylori, check for inflammatory bowel, gallbladder, carcinoid . F/u w/ GI  &amp; allergist
