Share with her doc and team the "why" about wanting to gain weight and where (on the body). hi, im working on night duty and after, i go home to sleep for about 5 to 6 hours, then go to gym ang go again night duty, is it bad?

what should i do for a messed up back? i have tried several things ang nothing works. it continues to get wirse and the pain is extreamley bad.

Back : Back pain is a major problem.  Try not performing any lifting of more than 10 pounds. If you have to lift everything, lift with your knees and not your back, keeping your back straight.  When you get into and out of bed try to keep your back straight.  When you are in bed, lay on your side, or keep a pillow under your knees if you are on your back.  You can try oral medications such as advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) if you don't have any reason you can't take those.  If you are at all heavy, try to start walking to lose weight and this can help.  However, if you have pain down your legs, changes in bladder or bowel control, or any weakness then you must be seen as an emergency.

i spend most of my time sitting down and facing my pc. i only have time to exercise (run ang basketball) on weekends. how do i loose weight?

Sedentary exercise: Try some seated exercises every 15-30 minutes. Like abdomen contractions, leg lifts, moving feet on ball. 
Drink more wter and watch calories.

Not Enough Info: There is not enough information here to answer this type of question.  But a morning and evening cough is often a sign of a postnasal drip and nasal saline, nasal steroids or antibiotics may be necessary.  Sometimes just raising the head of the bed helps.  If you are overweight it could be something called sleep apnea and the first step is weight loss then other options.  Could also be allergies.

That is, exercise/massage those areas as best you can to encourage your body to heal and adapt. Some might also use meds like Neurontin (gabapentin) for your condition.

how many times i try the pregnancy test, the 1st and 2nd trial is positive the 3rd is blurred the 1st row also the 4th ang 5th, thats why im confuse?

See doctor: If you had even 1 positive pregnancy test, you should see your doctor. They can do blood tests and get you scheduled for an ultrasound to determine how far along you are.
