Examination: You need to see a podiatrist to determine the exact cause of the pain.  It sound like you may have a neuroma (growth on the nerve) or just loss of fat pad creating metatarsalgia. Your cry of pain is not enough info to help.

Maybe: You need to see a health care provider. Frostbite is diagnosed based on symptoms and physical exam. You should absolutely avoid a condition where your toes might freeze again as this makes you more susceptible to permanent damage.
