Most likely, no: You won't hurt anything inside if the surgeon did a proper job. You do have to be concerned about any stitches that are present in the skin. A tip: hold a pillow against your abdomen and gently push in to hold your abdomen if you cough, laugh, or sneeze.

If it's located in the cervix or in a portion of the fallopian tube close to the uterus, this can lead to excessive bleeding that can only be resolved with a hysterectomy.  Although this is a rare event, it is still possible.

But You should definitely schedule to see your OBGYN for an initial visit. They can do an ultrasound and potentially see the location or if it is an ectopic pregnancy.

They may also consider doing HCG levels to see trend.

Sore along pant line: Lymph nodes are in that area. If you do not have a pelvic infection then you may have a sebaceous cyst in that area that is irritated. Hot compresses may help calm it down. Have your doctor check it out for you.
