Echocardiogram: The data obtained by echo and MRI is obtained in different way and each has its own sensitivity and specificity for various data. Without knowing more about your situation we can't comment on which study might be more cogent for what information is being sought in you.

had an echocardiogram & holter monitor 1 year ago & another holter monitor 1 month ago. all results were good. would this show any risk of heart attck?

No: holter monitor shows the electrical rhythm at any given time. It is not predictive of occlusive coronary artery disease. The echocardiogram reveals function of the ventricles and valvular function. When the LV function is normal it is predictive of a good prognosis. However it does not predict heart attacks.

: I don't recognize the units listed for your right atrial volume index. We'd need the reference ranges at the echocardiography department. All I can tell you is that your right ventricle is not dilated which I regard as a good sign. You'll have to get the complete conclusion of your study from the cardiologist.

Both normal: Both are normal. All normal people have tricuspid regurgitation. This is a 100% normal finding. Thickening of the mitral valve is over-read. It appears in many reports. It has absolutely no clinical significance. Honestly! Please don't give it another thought.

is it possible to have normal ekg and echocardiogram at rest and abnormal results during a stress test? my echo is normal and 24 hour holter is also normal but shows rare pvcs and pacs. due for stress test because i get more ectopics under stress?

: Yes, which is the entire point of the stress test. Rare PVC's and PAC's are not a problem, but if you were to get multiple ones consecutively your heart would not be working efficiently.
