If so, both are old infections and do not usually explain your current symptoms.  This is a pattern that shows immunity to these infections.  Look for other causes.

Testing for different antibodies (igm and igg) against ebv, requires careful interpretation. In early phases of infection, the igm level peaks first followed by a decline; levels of  igg peak afterwards, and may remain elevated for quite a while.
