What on earth is a “high raw” salad anyway? Well, high raw basically means “mostly raw”.
In other words, a high percentage of the ingredients are raw, so you know you’re eating as much raw food as possible.
This particular high raw rice salad was created after I read “The Starch Solution” by Dr John McDougall.
His approach to healthy eating involves eating as much low-fat, high-carbohydrate (starchy), vegan food as you like, and there are plenty of people who’ve lost heaps of weight and, more importantly, healed all kinds of illnesses and medical conditions by following his guidelines.
So when we’re looking for ways recently to increase our calories without adding more fat to our diet, this was one of the ideas we tried.

i am trying to make a gluten free food replacement shake for myself for1-2 meals a day. i am not sure if i should add raw quinoa and rice flour.

Gluten-free: Both quinoa and rice flour are both gluten-free products.

i have trouble eating enriched flour and enriched rice. organic flour & rice, that has not been enriched doesn't cause heartburn (gerd). is there a diagnosis or know disease for this. niacin causes problems in enriched foods?

: Apparently you're intolerant of some or one of the nutrients which are added after processing those foods. Actually you're better off eating the nonprocessed products anyway.

Gluten intolerance?: All purpose flour is wheat flour. The only reason to switch from a wheat flour is if you are gluten intolerant. The symptoms are pretty bad from what i've heard. If you think you are intolerant, see a doctor and you'll get a diet to follow.

i haven't eaten white flour,  rice, desserts and salan for 10 days but i haven't lost a kilo.. why is that so?  i'm really upset :(

Weight loss: Weight gain or loss depends on a very simple rule which is calories in vs calories out. You have to look at the total calories for the day and how much you burn. Starving yourself will put your body into starvation mode where it becomes more efficient and stores any extra calories as fat. The key is to eat a balance diet at frequent intervals without skipping any meals with regular exercise.

i wanna take a supplement but it says that the inactive ingridients it has is rice flour ? i'm allergic to rice will this affect me ?

Depends upon...: ...the nature and severity of your rice allergy, but I wouldn't recommend taking a chance if you have any doubt.

hi, 5'5 and 180 lbs i'm trying to lose weight and be around 150 lbs how many calories do i need to eat. i'm cutting out sugar and rice and flour. i also work out in the gym. i have trouble balancing. ?

It depends.: I would aim for around 1500-1600 calories for weight loss, though it depends on how active you are.  While cutting out sugars and starches can be helpful there are other high calorie foods.  I recommend finding an online calorie tracker (there are many apps for apple and android (methyltestosterone) phones) that also allows you to account for exercise.  It's easy to underestimate how many calories you consume.

not really: Raw rice contains the same amount of calories and nutrition as do the equivalent quantity of cooked rice.  Raw rice lacks the flavor and texture and you should increase fluid intake to hydrate the rice if this is your preferred way to eat rice.  I wonder why you would try it this way however?
