Blood sugar?: Sounds like one of a few things - anxiety or dehydration ( which were cured by time) or hypoglycemia (which was cured by the sugar).   There are a few other less likely things down the list.  You should eat, sleep and exercise regularly.  If this is recurrent or you actually lose consciousness as a result of one of these episodes you might want to see someone.

: Urine color reflects its concentration. Orange urine is very concentrated, yellow is less concentrated &amp; is dilute when it is almost clear &amp; without color. Your body loses fluid when you sweat. Sweat is colorless so it is almost like losing body water and excessive sweating can result in dehydration. So, there is nothing to be concerned about.

Acid: The ascorbic acid and the sugars in citrus fruit can worsen dental cavities.  Get to a Dentist immediately.  Cut back on your orange consumption to 1/day.

Appy: Food and particles may get deposited in the appendix, but they do not cause appendicitis.  You will know that something is wrong when you develop progressive R lower quadrant pain then nausea / vomiting / loss of appetite and fever.

Possible: It is possible, but it could also be a syndrome known as oral allergy syndrome. It might also just be a side effect of the acidic nature of the orange itself. An allergist can test you to determine if you are truly allergic.

Enjoy oranges as part of a well-balanced diet with a variety of fruit. Avoid orange juice

Vagal : Likely a vagally-mediated etiology. The mechanism of of hypotension could come from afferent impulses from the upper gastrointestinal tract and efferent impulses to the heart that can produce a variety of bradyarrhythmias with atrioventricular block. This would result in low BP and symptoms mentioned.
