See your doctor: Any stress can delay your period. The pregnancy test doesn't turn positive until about 10 days after conception so if you have irregular periods, you could still be pregnant. See your doctor.

Post workout meal: Some say that eating late is not good for the metabolism, however, after you workout, your metabolism is a bit higher for a few hours, and you do need to refuel your body after working out. Eat a light dinner and you should be fine! Great that you are working out!

Are you refering to: Periactin (cyproheptadine hydrochloride) ? Periactin (cyproheptadine hydrochloride) can cause weight gain by increasing appetite . It is antihistamine and through this effect , it stimulate appetite. It is used off label for this purpose . I am not aware that prolactin is used for weight issue . It is entirely a different category of drug. Thank you.

Yes: the more ripe a fruit, the quicker the fruit sugar (fructose) reaches your blood stream causing an insulin surge leading to weight gain

Supplements: Supplements vary. Most are balanced vitamins, altered beef protein and some contain essential fatty acids and carbohydrates. Eat a healthy diet with adequate calories and you may not need to depend on these.

Not known for sure: Nobody really knows. The supplement is not a medication approved by the FDA. Such products are probably not tested for interactions and side effects like real medicines are. So, that means nobody really knows what side effects there are (nor what benefits are real, if any). If a CB-1 user hears of some interaction or thinks he is getting a side effect, he can visit his primary care doctor.

Not a good idea: Flushing out the water weight , ie urinating, with a diuretic is not a good idea.  The water will be quickly replaced in short time, if your body is functioning properly.  In addition, essential electrolytes will be compromised which can protentially create problems.  "water" in the body is both intracellular 
and extracellular and equilibrium will be maintained. It's a trick used by charlatans.

Unsure  what ur ? Is: I agree with unchanging from a progestin only pill like cerazette to a combine oral contraceptive pill because  they are more effective and forgiving. If I miss a dose and may provide other benefits like improving acne. However, I would recommend a different formulation  than Yasmin, like Loestrin or Sprjntec which have lower risk of blood clots.
