Yes: Restaurants now have many alternatives and lots of options to choose from.  Just choose the right one that is compatible with your meal plan.

Normal reflex not: This is a normal reflex NOT related to MCTD. After you eat, a large portion of blood flow is diverted to the stomach &amp; intestines for digestion; it's as if you lose circulating blood volume. To maintain cardiac output to the brain, with less volume, the heart speeds up (volume x heart rate is the output. Decr of one means incr the other). This is the gastrocardiac reflex, &amp; is entirely normal

Small meals often..: Recovery takes time and meal plan is very importnant to replnish nutrients.Anorexia causing not just calorie supression but lack of minerals, protein, vitamins and immune system is weakneed. Consider breakfast Jogurt with fresh furit, nuts. Snak mozarela stick, apple. Lunch soup , salad + egg, avocado, olive oil..., Snack hummus with carrot or other. Dinner grill fish, chicken, plenty of water.

Are You sure?: There aren many seafood allegies, but usually they are not to every fish and shellfish. So details may be important. Besides meat, protein is in eggs, soy and other preparations.

i have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia (so i think) my insulin level is 18. i was never given a meal plan or sent to a dietitian and would like to know what foods i can eat please. i have been staying away from all sugar, white bread, pasta. ?

Good luck to you: If you have self-diagnosed "hypoglycemia" based on "pop" claims, I hope that you will (1) get a proper screen for real diabetes; (2) reduce caffeine and tobacco if applicable; (3) look at and deal if possible with sources of chronic dysfunctional stress; (4) educate yourself on the real science of "idiopathic postprandial syndrome"; (5) ignore a "spot" insulin level; (6) diet isn't key.

my mom has high uric acid, diabetes, heart, blood pres. she wants to know why it's caused. provide meal plan she does not eat meat or fish.  what else?

Overweight?: Your mom's diagnoses often go together with overweight, which can cause each of them. I would recommend a calorie restricted diet, with particular attention paid to avoiding high glycemic foods, like potatoes, bread, rice, sugar, cakes etc. Daily exercise would be important too, aiming for 45 minutes each day, aiming to get a little short of breath and sweaty. Hopefully things improve soon.

Depends : What exactly are you after?  General healthy eating?  Weight loss? What other health problems do you have?  May be better to see a dietician.
