Yes, but: It is possible but not advisable. Ear wax medicine causes irritation and inflammation of the ear canal skin and this inflammation only leads to the ear being angry and upset. The ear canal when angry and upset just makes more wax. I almost never advise my patients to use this type of medicine preferring for them to just leave their ears alone.

Ear Lavage: An ear lavage is a quick, safe, and effective way to clear out ear wax. It can be done in most doctor's offices. It involves a gentle stream of saline possible with hydrogen peroxide into the ear which flushes out the wax. Takes about 5 minutes.

It can: In general I am not a fan of home remedies to remove wax. In almost all cases your trying to remove wax will make your ears worse. If your ears are clogged and your hearing impaired you can try irrigating with murine. If they get worse you need to see an ENT to get them cleared out with suction.

Ear Wax: Not sure what "after 3 day" means.  Normal ears make wax.  Some make more than others.  Some people's wax is dry and hard.  It may help to rinse the ear with dilute hydrogen peroxide.  You can buy a kit with a rubber "syringe"  in the drug store.  Ask the pharmacist to help find the right product for an ear rinse.  Don't overdo it.  An occasional rinse is ok, frequent rinses are irritating.

May be its  too much: Hydrogen peroxide is used for cleaning ear wax but it is not suggested to use for long time as every chemicals has its own side effects. If you keep getting wax very frequently, you wanna see primary care or ENT docs for help.

Normal: The ear wax produced in your ear canal has just one exit, so it's not unusual for this to happen from time to time.  No need to do anything to stop it.

You don't: Impacted ear canal wax is not so easy to remove.  If it has been documented that you have such a problem, using hydrogen peroxide 4 times a day for a week will usually liquify the wax so it can easily be irrigated with warm water.  An ENT doctor is the most experienced doctor to evaluate this problem.

Alternative: There isn't much you can do to change how much wax you make. It depends on your skin type. You can, however, soothe the ear canal skin with over the counter and prescription preparations. See an ENT for an examination &amp; specific advice before putting anything anything into your ears. If you have a damaged eardrum, you shouldn't put most things in your ears.
