Ear wax: If you use hydrogen peroxide drops, lay on your side for 20 minutes afterword with you affected ear facing up to let them work. Periodically, every 6-12 months, have a nurse or doctor look into your ears to be sure you have the problem under control. Otherwise, he or she can remove the impacted wax.
